Shipping Information

We currently offer shipping within Canada and the USA. All orders are sent via Canada Post, Chit Chats, or DHL. For any shipping inquiries, please contact us at borispluskim@gmail.com.

Eco-Friendly Shipping
To reduce our carbon footprint, multiple orders from the same drop will be combined into one package whenever possible. Shipping fees will also be consolidated for your convenience.

Shipping Rates

  • Within Canada: Standard Shipping is $15+ for 2-8 business days of trackable delivery.
  • To the USA: Standard Shipping is $15+ for 2-8 business days of trackable delivery.
  • Australia: Standard Shipping is $25+ for 10-15 business days of trackable delivery.
  • United Kingdom: Standard Shipping is £15.00 for 10-15 business days of trackable shipping. 

Important Shipping Notes
We aim to deliver within 5-10 business days from the shipment date for North America. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors outside of our control.

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional fees related to importing products. These charges are not included in the shipping costs.

Processing time for international orders is approximately 4-12 weeks unless stated otherwise in the product description.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, and shipping times may exceed estimates due to circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is lost or stolen during shipping, a claim must be filed with the shipping provider. If the tracking number shows that the package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, please follow up with the carrier.


Change Orders, Refunds, and Returns

Two Whimsical Florists is a small, independent business, and all sales are final. We are unable to accommodate returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been shipped or created. Thank you for your understanding.

Order Changes
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to adjust your order before it ships.

Damaged or Defective Items
If there is a defect or issue with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving it, along with photos, and we will gladly assist you.

Replacement Options
If you receive a damaged item, email us immediately so we can arrange a replacement and file a claim with the carrier. Please provide photos of both the damaged item and the packaging (inside and outside). Claims can take up to 6 weeks to process.

We offer the following options for damaged items:

  • A replacement of the same item (4-6 weeks timeframe).
  • A similar item from our store, with price matching.
  • Store credit for future purchases.

Please note, you may be responsible for any duties or taxes associated with the replacement.
