1. Custom Orders

1.1 All custom orders are crafted with great care and attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we do not offer refunds or returns on these items. We recommend discussing all details and specifications with our team before placing a custom order to ensure your complete satisfaction.

2. Non-Custom Items

2.1 We do not offer refunds on any items, except in the case of damaged or defective products as outlined in section 3 below.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

3.1 If you receive an item from Two Whimsical Florists that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. To initiate the return process, please provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective item.

3.2 Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees in the case of damaged or defective items. Once we receive the item and verify the damage or defect, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, as per your preference.
